Each year, Lost State of Mind reflects on its journey, achievements, and the lives we’ve touched through our programs. Our Annual Report provides a detailed overview of our progress, challenges, and the impact we’ve made in fostering mental well-being through creative expression.
In 2022 being our first year, Lost State of Mind initiated its impact through dance therapy, community workshops, and mental health advocacy, empowering individuals to embrace emotional well-being. Despite financial challenges, we reached communities through performances, psychosocial support, and partnerships with organizations like Goethe-Institut. Looking ahead, we aim to scale our programs, strengthen collaborations, and increase mental health awareness to foster lasting change.
DownloadIn 2023, Lost State of Mind made significant strides in expanding its reach and deepening its impact. A major milestone was receiving our first grant funding from NASF, which enabled the official launch of our flagship program, Mind in Motion. We also began implementing Empower through Movement, further integrating dance and mental health education in schools and communities. Through these programs, we reached more participants, built stronger partnerships.
Download2024 was a year of exciting growth and global connection for Lost State of Mind. We had the incredible opportunity to tour Switzerland and the Netherlands, sharing our work on international platforms and building new partnerships. Back home, we secured our first physical space, creating a central hub for creativity, therapy, and community engagement. We successfully ran impactful programs like Bars to Belonging and Chill & Connect, strengthening our presence and deepening our local impact.
DownloadAt Lost State of Mind, our strategy through 2026 focuses on scaling impact, deepening community engagement, and ensuring sustainable mental health support through creative expression.
This strategy guides us as we continue to build safe, inclusive, and transformative spaces where creativity meets healing spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether through movement, conversation, or artistic expression, we are shaping environments that break stigma, nurture mental well-being, and foster genuine community connection. By 2026, our vision is to ensure that everyone we reach has access to tools for healing, growth, and lasting change.
